For a full 30 days after you place your order by the internet, mail or telephone, simply return all materials in like new condition and resalable condition and you will be refunded the purchase price minus any cost incurred including shipping costs.

Certificates that have been custom  printed  are NOT refundable.

If you are not happy with your purchase, call us for return instructions.

All returns must be in re-sellable condition.

We credit your credit card within 60 days of receiving product back minus any applicable costs.
